Excellent auto repair shop! The communication was great, working with Ashley was easy. I took my Mini in shortly after buying it for a minor problem but they found many more problems, now the car is almost as good as new. They will be my go to place for my Mini and VW.

After 3 years of taking my Mercedes and BMW there for service, I am done and will be taking my business elsewhere. Spent many thousands of dollars on services and repairs there over the past 3 years. In the present day, I feel like the staff spends more time trying to upsell me repairs I don't feel are needed, but they overuse the word "recommended" to be replaced, serviced, etc. I whole heartedly agree with another review that I read whereas you think you have a decent looking and running vehicle, and then after reviewing their extensive assessment of everything wrong with your car, you think it is ready for the junkyard. I've compared notes with other friends in town who have taken their cars to Peak Euro, but have since defected to other shops. I was really pleased with their shop 3 years ago, today...no longer a fan.

I brought my Toyota in for an oil change since Peak Euro started taking Toyotas recently, and knew there were some other things that needed to be addressed. Bret was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt in communicating. His openness earned my trust. He discussed each issue with me and we came up with a plant to address the major concerns and left off one service item that wasn't pressing for cost purposes. Peak Euro delivered - my car feels great and the loaner car was really convenient! I usually dread going to get my car worked on since I have little personal knowledge about cars, but my experience here was awesome. Great hospitality and highly recommend!

I have a 2008 Volvo XC 70 with upwards of 250K miles and I have always had it serviced at the dealership in Portland. I live in Bend and needed work done urgently and Ashley the service advisor was so accommodating and fit me right in and provided a loaner so I was able to keep working without a hitch!! They did a thorough diagnosis and recommended replacemetn worn out parts etc and I have done a couple other services since and its running like new!!! I am so pleased with with technicians and the customer service at Peak Euro!! I also appreciate Anton the trusty driver picking me up and dropping me off in between!! I will continue to bring my car here and keep her on the road as long as she's able!! 🤗
